Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our first priority. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return unworn, unaltered items with tags attached in original packaging, as per the guidelines below. If you choose to use the convenient easy-return label included in your package, $9.95 plus $1.00 per item will be deducted from your exchange or return. (U.S. orders only).

Returns:
All wigs must be returned within 14 days from the original ship date. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Exchanges:
All wigs must be exchanged within 21 days from the original ship date. All exchanged items will be shipped back to you free of charge, minus expedited shipping fees. If you choose to use the convenient easy return label included in your package, $9.95 plus $1.00 per item will be deducted from your exchange.
Restrictions:
All wig returns will be inspected.
Those not in pristine condition or without original packaging (including hair nets, all tags, and inserts) WILL NOT be processed for an exchange or refund.
Discount/Special Offer items will have refunds adjusted accordingly.
Wig accessories, such as wig liners, foam heads, and color rings, cannot be exchanged or returned.
Please Note:
Customers who don’t accept delivery of their order will incur a 20% restocking fee. Exchanges and refunds are normally processed within 5 business days of receipt. Check refunds may take up to 21 days to process. Qualified refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
